Grow Taller Exercises
There are a variety of grow taller exercises that you can do if you want to get a few extra inches added on to your height. Below are some great grow taller exercises that will help you expand your height.
Exercise 1: It is really easy to gain anywhere from one, to one and a half inches to your height. Not only is it the most effective, but it is also the easiest to do as it requires no movement at all. It will not fatigue your muscles like other exercises might. This exercise is done simply by hanging. Simply hold on to a bar and allow your body to hang. It is best if your feet are some distance off the ground. As far as grow taller exercises go, doing this one for a few minutes each day will give you the biggest height increase.
Exercise 2: The twist is another really great exercise that will help to expand the spine. Our lower spine is often quite heavily compressed because the majority of us will be sitting or standing for the majority of our lives. Gravity paired with the weight of your body will cause these discs in your spine to move closer together. Not only will this cause you back pain, but it will also cause you to lose height throughout the day. The twist is done by standing in a doorway. Place your feet firmly on the floor and using your hands, push on the door frame in order to twist your upper body, allowing your spine to decompress.
Exercise 3: Because your spine compresses and becomes shorter throughout the day and expands back out again at night, it makes sense to get a good solid sleep each night. By sleeping longer hours, and making sure that you get a full eight hours each night, you will ensure that your spine is properly decompressed each night so that it can carry you through the day each day.
Exercise 4: A good shoulder lift can work wonders at helping you stay taller. Lie down on the floor with your face pointed towards the floor. Lift your arms entirely off the floor, count to ten, and then lower them back down again. This will strengthen the spine muscles that are often weak in most people. When you strengthen this muscle, it will help prevent your spine from being compressed down during the day. Within a few weeks of doing this exercise, you should be able to grow anywhere from half an inch to a full inch and a half.
By doing these great grow taller exercises, you can expand your spine and give yourself up to four inches in height. Try to do as many of these exercises as possible and in as few as four weeks, you will notice a massive difference in your height.
